CLAY CAN DO CREW LLC - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the trash can valet and cleaning service provided by Clay Can Do Crew LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to homeowners, HOAs, and property management companies ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- We provide a weekly trash can valet service, which includes:
- Moving trash cans from the designated storage area to the curb before collection.
- Returning trash cans to the designated storage area after collection.
- Service is provided based on your local trash collection schedule.
- we provide a trash can cleaning service, which includes cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing the inside and outside of the trash can
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- ACCESS: Customers must ensure that trash cans are accessible at the time of service (e.g., not locked behind gates).
- TRASH PREPARATION: Trash must be properly bagged and placed in the cans. We are not responsible for loose or overflowing trash.
- SERVICE TIMING: Customers must notify us in advance of any collection schedule changes that may affect service.
4. PAYMENT & BILLING
- The service fee is $38 per month for weekly can to curb service, $40 for one time service.
- For trash can cleaning, the service fee is $34 for monthly, $38 for bi monthly and $40 for one time cleaning. (unless otherwise agreed upon).
- Payments are due on the starting date of each month via online payment.
- Late payments of more than [5] days may result in service suspension until payment is received.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Customers may cancel their service at any time via phone or email.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months or missed pickups due to inaccessible trash cans.
- We reserve the right to cancel service for repeated non-payment or violations of these Terms.
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- We are not responsible for trash left outside of bins or for bins that are too heavy to move safely.
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures) may cause service delays. In such cases, we will notify customers and attempt to reschedule.
7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
- We are NOT liable for damage to trash cans due to normal handling.
- We are NOT responsible for any missed trash collections by the city or waste service provider.
- Customers agree to hold Clay Can Do Crew LLC harmless from any claims arising from the use of our service.
8. AMENDMENTS & UPDATES
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.
